Station has 4 MPD’s (8 gas and 2 diesel fueling positions), canopy and is all self-serve. Station is being upgraded at the moment with new DWF tanks, DWF lines, dispensers, etc.

The subject business was doing approximately $140,000 in the convenience store and deli (very high sales) before construction and approximately $100,000 in lottery sales. Gas sales were sluggish due to a very bad supply deal of being a commission station and being price 20 to 30 cpg above the competition, which is the reason for the brand change. We expect this station to do approximately 100,000 gallons per month after upgrade and supply deal/brand change.
